Opening this site means you accept what is written here. We keep it short and direct, because terms long enough that nobody reads them are much the same as having none.

The games belong to the people who made them

Every title here is the work of the studio or developer who built it. We sort the categories and write the words around them, nothing more. Copyright, trademarks and every other right in a game, including its artwork, audio and code, remain with the original owner. What belongs to us is the writing, the sorting system, and the appearance of this site.

We cannot promise every game will always open

The game files sit on an outside content host. When that host goes down or withdraws a file, the game stops loading immediately and without warning to us. We take broken cards off the category as quickly as we notice them, but we cannot guarantee continuity, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a game that fails to start.

What we ask you not to do

Please do not crawl these pages with automated tooling at a rate that pushes other readers out. Please do not lift the descriptions written here onto another site without a link back. And please do not embed our game pages inside a frame elsewhere so that they appear to belong to that other place. If you want to link here, link straight to the page; no permission is needed.

Changes

These terms may be adjusted when the way the site works changes. The date of the most recent revision is always printed at the top of this page. We do not send separate notices, because there is no list of recipients to send them to.
